A new chapter has began!

November 01, 2016

Since last August I have started working as an associate editor for Nature Astronomy. Nature Astronomy is a new research journal published by the Springer Nature publishing group and is a sister journal to Nature. As an editor there, not only do I get to learn about all the exciting new research going on in astronomy, astrophysics, and planetary science but I also help researchers communicate their results to our community!

Leaving active research behind has not been an easy choice but a few months into my new role now I feel that this was the right choice for me. And while I may not be in the thick of scientific research anymore, I still have the amazing opportunity to interact with the community, my past colleagues, attend conferences, and discuss about cutting-edge research. What more can I ask?

Onwards and upwards and see you soon in a conference near you!
